According to 2018 statistics, the closing rank for ECE is 6934 and for mechanical is 17643. But the closing ranks for NCC-A might be quite higher because the competition in that category will be very very low. if the seat is vacant, you will definitely get a seat. If not,  Elevtronics and Instrumentation Engineering in the same college closes at 46,335 for which you will have fair chances. All the best. For more info refer the article attached
