Well definitely you can get a seat in mechanical with this rank also in civil and biotech but as far as cse is concerned it is tough as cse is the most popular branch in klu and it might be a little tough with this rank, but also a lot depends on the counselling round which is different every year if seats for cse remain vacant or less no of people above your rank choose cse then you might get cse too.
