Also according to previous year General OC category ranks, cut off for Boys in AU area was 4163 , for OU area it was 4379 and for SVU area it was 3511. So all the other categories like BCE, BCD, etc fall into this range of ranks from 3.5k to 13.5k. So with your rank of 9674 rank you have fair chances to get admission
