According to the percentile you have mentioned in the question your approximate rank would be near about 4.65 Lacs and on the basis of this rank it is impossible to get NIT Warangal even with the reservation category from which you belongs to which is ST. As per the previous year's cut-offs for NIT Warangal you should at least have 89 percentile or more to get a seat in NIT Warangal if you belongs to ST and deserves the Home State quota and cut-offs are bound to change evry year but this much variation is too big which is also not possible.
