The nits you shoupd option for are :
Nit srinagar , nit shillong, nit sikkim , nit manipur , nit nagaland , nit surat , nit raipur , nit patna ,nit kurukshetra .
Though you are from odisha its difficult for you to get admission into nit roulkela but though you can take chance for non core 5 year integrated courses.

Well, it depends upon which category you belong to!if you are a gen category guy under home state quota you may get civil or other branches like mining,metallurgy and 5 year courses if you wait till 3rd or 4th round !!if you want to go with core branches you may get electrical if your luck persist!

Nit Warangal, Rourkela, Srinagar are some of the IITs that you may get. If you are willing to seek admission into IIITs, so good and top IIITs of Ap or other state may be allocated to you during counselling as your scores are good.
