Hello,
Of course, you will be able to get into MBBS course but for that, you need to prepare first. While it is a good thing that your percentage is more than average, but you also need to have at least 60% marks (for general category) in physics, chemistry, and biology individually also.
Now coming to preparation, by MBBS exam I think you mean AIIMS MBBS.
Exam pattern of AIIMS MBBS entrance-
This year, AIIMS MBBS 2019 is scheduled for May 25 and May 26, in two sessions – morning and evening. The duration of the paper is 3 and ½ hours. It will be a Computer Based Test . The paper will be divided into these sections having the following number of questions: -

So, there will Total 200 questions. The questions will be in MCQs and Assertion- reasoning form.
For every correct answer, candidates will be awarded 1 mark whereas for every wrong answer 1/3 marks will be deducted . So, you need to be careful about the negative marking too.
How to crack the AIIMS exam?
• The syllabus contains topics from Class 11 and Class 12.
• The previous toppers always recommend especially while preparing for Physics and Chemistry section of AIIMS MBBS entrance exam to solve questions from books which are required for engineering entrance exams.
• Another important aspect of AIIMS MBBS 2019 entrance exams is the assertion reason questions which requires candidates to be thorough with each and every concept. NCERT books will be really helpful for aspirants to solve assertion reason questions.
• Make separate notes of all the formula of physics and also of the chemical formula and reactions of chemistry. Apart from that solve numericals on a daily basis because they are the part on which most people get stuck.
• For biology, NCERT is enough, make sure you revise every topic, also the diagrams because even you would be asked to identify the diagram.
• Read newspapers and watch the news every day for an hour to have the best idea of the latest happenings in order to get along with the GK (General knowledge) part in the AIIMS MBBS Exam.
If you prepare accordingly and keep practicing, you can get a seat in MBBS in AIIMS. But you really need to work very hard because the competition is very high!
In order to get into AIIMS, if you are a general category candidate then you should aim for 90th percentile or rank within 1500 to get an MBBS seat.
I hope I was able to help you, still, if you have any other doubt, feel free to ask.
All the best!
