Hi dear,
Last year cut off for general candidates under state quota of Kerala was 558 at T D Medical College, Alappuzha and under AIQ was 561 at Government Medical College, Yakkara, Palakkad.
Cut off for general in MS ramaiah for Mbbs was rank 12588 and cut off for father Muller Medical college was rank 13905.
At score 569 you can expect a seat. However keep in mind that cut off are subject to change each year.
