Photograph Requirements -
The scanned copy of the photograph should meet the following specifications:
Scanned copy of your recent photograph inJPG format only.
Size of the photograph should be between10 KB and 100 KB.
Front-facing passport size photograph with white background.
Name of the candidate and date of taking the photograph should be mentioned on the photograph.

Generally there are not much restrictions about these! But you should follow the rules and regulations given by the official website of NEET-UG.

It is not compulsory to have name and date of birth don't worry about that it will be accepted
