Hello there

As you have mentioned that you have submitted your application without mentioning date on the photograph and without taking proper background as it is mentioned in the instructions brochure. Then for sure it might get rejected.

Anyways you can check your application status by logging into your SSC account and by checking application status section.

There you will find that your application is accepted or rejected and if it's rejected then you've nothing to do.
