Sir,I joined the alloted college in first round of all India quota and not willing for second round.Can I leave the seat and join state quot

Hello Fahima, if you already joined the alloted college, you cannot leave the seat. You should surrender the seat before joining the college only. Then you can participate in Round 2 or State Counselling. But if you joined the allotted college of Round 1, you will not be allowed to participate in Round 2 of All India Counselling or State Counselling. And your fees also will not be refunded. MCC has withdrawn the Round 1 results so any allotments will be on stay.
