Hi Sangeetha the receipt will be online and you can get it in ap eamcet official website.I dont know that part what you are saying about slot booked but I think yo have to go for some helpline center and get help.Because second counselling gonna start from 10th of this month.

Since you haven't mentioned that what is the counseling process you have involved with so I can't help you in that depth but in my opinion I think that it is a technical issue and it will be better for you to contact with the counselling Centre head or incharges or the volunteers they can help you, if you didn't get the receipt you can let them know or they will provide you that reciept and for me the slot has been booked means that you have been allowed to take part in the counselling process but still it will be better to contact with the counselling department.
