According to your query,
Your marks are decent but insufficient to get you seat in any government medical college or any other private colleges. It also depends on your category so please mention us your category in the comment box given below. But then also your marks should be at least more then 340 to get a decent private college. Actually going though previous year's cut-offs then your marks range should be from 540-630 at least to get government medical college. And for private college it should 450-600 range to get seat for a general category candidate. So, chances are very less overall.
Hope you find it useful.
Thank you.

Hi aspirant
You have scored very less marks and with this much you won't be able to get even private colleges.
There are counselling for private colleges as well and the cut off ranges 400-500marks.
As this year the question paper was comparitively easy than previous year so the cut off will rise and in that case its really difficult for you to get private colleges even.
You have scored very less marks ,if you are really interested in medical field then you should prepare well for the next year or you can switch to some other courses .
All the best.
You have not mentioned your domicile , because different college's of different states have different Cutoffs , and seat allotments are also based on reservation categories, and sorry to say but though you have reservation 173 score may not fetch you a seat ,
I could help you more accurately if you specify your domicile and about reservation category,
For more information you can also refer the link given below regarding previous year's Cutoffs :-

I hope the above information is useful to you,
All the best !
