For OBC category the cutoff marks are between 107-119 as per the result of 2019. You have the chances but I would suggest you to go through the list of various govt. colleges state wise because the cutoff rank varies state wise and college wise and you have not mentioned the state of yours. ut a link is provided where you can get every information about the cutoff marks and rank categorywise and state wise which will help you a lot in admission and counselling process.
