Sir..I want to ask how can we get iit p.hd admission after gate? What is the criteria for getting admission in iit or nit

hi,
to apply for phd course , the candidates must have completed master degree course on m.tech course in relevant discipline , gate score is important to select for phd courses, you have to separately apply for each of the iits, or nits or any other central funded institute by checking the eligibility criteria, availability of subjects offered for phd courses.
