In terms of state quota the closing cut off for the neet in tamilnadu 2018 for government colleges  sc category is 357 in government colleges but you can definetely avail government seats in private college for your cut off namely DHANALAKSHMI MEDICAL COLLEGE - PERAMBALUR,PSG COLLEGE, KARPAGAM FACULTY OF MEDICAL SCIENCES, KARPAGA VINAYAGA COLLEGE,VELAMMAL MEDICAL COLLEGE etc.This entirely depends upon this year cut offs this is just possibilities.
