Yeah definitely you are eligible for entering into the IIT by calculating your class 12th marks are approx 80% whereas for entering into the IIT you should have the atleast score of more than 75% and that doesn't matter whether you are under top 20 percentile or not , since you already have 75% in 12th. So yeah definitely go with your dream what you are been planning for.

But sir , I am not under top 20 percentile score can I get iit ?

Yes, you are eligible as  your science aggregate is around 75%. But, let me correctly inform you, you are not eligible to get iit. You can give the entrance exam for it i.e. JEE(mains & advance). On the qualification of both of these exams your rank will decide which college and stream, you are eligible for.
