Sir....In my 12th CBSE Board in 2017 i was failed then next year I apply as private Candidate in 12th board. plzzz tell me sir any problem in future with my marksheet for Job.

It will not cause any problem in future if you have qualified your examination as a private candidate. Whenever you will be asked for 12th Marksheet, you are supposed to provide the final/ second marksheet (which you have got after appearing as a private candidate).
Your final marksheet will be used for any future references.
