sir,is 200000 fees which we pay during mds counselling for deemed clges is refundable? if we get clg in first round n dont join?

Your fee which is your paying during the counceling is not refundable in some of the colleges. It depends on the college some college will refund eighty percent of the amount and some colleges don't. The amount paid is for the confirmation of your seat in the respective college.
