No, 75% are not required to get admission in dayalbagh Educational Institute, Agra.
In order to be eligible you should have 10+2 with a minimum of 60% marks in PCM and in Mathematics.
Admissions are based on 5% of the normalized marks scored in High School/Class X, 60% of the normalized marks of PCM at the Intermediate/ equivalent exam., 15% of the JEE (Mains) Score, and 20% of Personal Interview.

The eligibility criteria for Dayalibagh Educational Institute, Agra is as follows:--
1. Candidate must have secured minimum 60 percent or CGPA of 6.0/10 in mathematics.
2. Must have appeared for Maths , Physics, Chemistry in CLass 12th.
3. Should have appeared for Jee main.
4. Age should be maximum of 21 years. For SC/ST candidates age limit is relaxed by 3 years.
All shortlisted candidates shall be called for personal interview based on scores obtained in JEE mains and Academic Meeit only.
Total intake is 60 seats.
Specialization offered are Industrial Engineering and Computer Science Engineering.
Thus, with your score of 75% You're eligible for this institution.
