Hello,
As per your reservation category rank, it is not possible to get IIIT campus. Maximum rank cutoff goes upto 8k-9k. on the basis of previous year data , your OBC rank should be below 50k to be eligible for NIT campus.
so getting NIT campus is difficult. You can still apply for low ranked campus like Silchar, mizoram, manipur, puducheery, srinagar.
There is good possibility for government engineering college based on your OBC rank. You can get top demanding branch like CSE or ECE. You can also apply for core branch like EEE, ETC, or non technical branch like Civil, mechanical, instrumentation.

Nikitha, NITs and IIITs are difficult with this rank. Going by previous years data, the chances of you securing a seat in various Colleges are as follows:
- I K Gural Technological University
- Punjab University
- Shaheed Bhaghat
- Chandigarh College of Engineering
- Beant College of Engineering
Now this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs depend on various factors such as total no .of seats available, difficulty of the exam, previous year cut offs, no.of Candidates appearing for the exam and no.of Candidates applying for a course.
