As per as your score and previous year cuttoff of various medical colleges of Tamil Nadu,you seems to have very less chance of getting medical Colleges.You need 540+ score under SC quota to secure seats in government medical college.I am providing you link of previous year cuttoff of medical college of Tamil Nadu:
