You might have cleared NEET but there are very less marks to get a seat in any medical college. It would have been great if you would have mentioned your state if domicile because there you get 85% quota.  But in 15% all India quota you cannot get admission in any government medical college because people are scoring really high marks and it's difficult for the rest to get admission. But maximum chances are that you cannot get admission in any government medical college. But if you can share your state of domicile then I will check the cut offs again and will help you further.
