Your AIR in jee main 2019 will be approximately 280000. Currently, NTA had not declared for the qualification percentile to appear in jee advanced 2019. With the final declaration of jee main result after conducting April examination, NTA will notify about the qualification percentile i. e. cutoff on the official website of jee main.

The eligibiility cutoff for JEE Advance has not yet been declared. The final result would be releases in the month of april afte the conduction of April session of JEE Mains. After that only will the cutoff for JEE Advance be released. So you need to wait till april for any confirmation.
As per the previous year trends and the prediction from our experts after a lot of research about the same, it is expected that the candidates having percentile score of at least 85 will be eligible for JEE Advance. so i think it is a bit difficult for you to be eligible for advance. But this is just a prediction.
I would suggest you to appear in april session of jee mains and try to improve your score so that you stand a chance to appear in JEE Advance.
