sir/madam I have score 526 in gate 2019 in ECE , I am belong to OBC category there is any chance to get admission in IITS or top NITS

You should apply for MTech in new IITs as their cutoffs are not so high. Through ccmt getting into top 4 NITs ie Warangal Trichy Surathkal and Calicut are pretty low.
