Sir/Madam I m from Ap. I dont have residence certificate for ts icet counselling 2019 they are not issuing here ?what is the alternative

Hello Sai,
For counselling the resident certificate is an important document. If the Certificate is not being issued then please contact TSICET whether it is possible to verify document with the help of Birth certification, Electricity bill or Ration Card.
