Honestly speaking, you don't have chances to get a government MBBS or BDS seat in Andhra Pradesh especially this year when the cutoffs are even expected to rise since you might be knowing that the number of candidates had increased and also the paper level was called easy comparatively. All the govt. medical colleges of AP are expected to close above 500 of AU area, as well as SVU area. You can try for private MBBS or BDS colleges of your state and may get a seat in it for sure.
