Exactly for which institute you are talking about firstly mention it.

As per your CAT score it is very difficult or say totally a  no for getting admission through it. But your MAT score can fetch you good colleges those who accept MAT score for admission purpose.

Look into those colleges and the course in which you want to pursue mba.

According to that make a final choice suiting best your criteria and preference. While making a choice do keep in mind placement rate, fees, infrastructure and faculty.
