First of all, it doesn't matter where you pursue your studies, what matters is how much knowledge and skills you gain, and that depends on you and not on the college. Okay, now coming to your question, both the colleges are reputed and have great faculty and infrastructure.

Generally, IITs are considered Better institutes than NITs. So you may join IIT Thirupati.

NIT in Warangal was established even before IIT Tirupathi.So the major preference must be on NIT Warangal because it has

• Better facilities and infrastructure
• Good placements
• Alumni and historical background

We don't know the chances of having such kind of facilities in IIT Tirupati in early stage but it will reach heights as other IITs and NITs years later.However it entirely depends on you on how you utilize the instruments provided to you by college you have to learn the concepts and be able to put them in practical application.Wherever you study you should be able to apply your knowledge and skills.These colleges are source available to you.Choose wisely and work hard.
