You won't be able to get any seat through All India Quota in any government medical colleges. Chances for a government medical college in your state under state government quota are also very less. However, if you are willing to take admission in Private college then you can in your state. But fee in such colleges would be high around 5-10 lakhs per year.
So if you are trying to avoid this then what you can do is, you could take a drop and prepare again for NEET 2020. Try to score at least 550 marks to secure both state quota government seats and All India Quota seats.
Take coaching if you think you need it. Investing in coaching is a wise idea if you are a fresher.
