Sir/Madam,I have 2026 rank in aiims and 493 in obc .Yet I haven't been alloted a seat in the first list.Should I try next year or wait?

You should not lose hope and should keep patience till the last allotment list is released.
The last rank details of few AIIMS in the year 2018 of your category OBC is
