If I consider the previous year data .Then you have negligible chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in rajasthan even through state quota .However you might land up in any private college .Previous year minimum marks required for a general candidate was 422 for nims university jaipur.
If i talk about courses like bhms,bams, bums then Yes with this mark ,you have good chances of getting a government seat.
The expected cutoff marks for admission into these courses for general category students is around 300 for private colleges it's around 250.
