Sorry to inform you but you won't be able to get any government college with your marks. Even for OBC category, you need at least 470+ marks to get any government colleges. And according to past trends, even 500 marks are needed for an OBC candidate to get into a government medical college.
If this is your first attempt and you are serious about medical then I suggest you should take a drop year and prepare again and try to score above 500 to get to a safer side. Less possibilities to get a seat in government medical college.
So better you try to get other like BDS, BHMS seats. Then you have try to private colleges also. Best of luck.
