Hello sir,

Thank you for asking the question!

I would like to tell you that through your JEE mains ranking you can get admission in Nits and other government colleges. But as you mentioned you are not aiming high score so you have a chances of getting an nit but not that good, I'll better suggest you to start filling form for other private exams and you can definitely get a good college.
