Yes, you will be able to get a seat in some private medical college easily. You can get a seat in BHMS or BAMS.

thank you for approaching us . with a rank of 3,00,000 it is impossible to get a seat in BHMS OR BAMS in tope colleges , but you can get in some average or good colleges . if you have another category rank which is way lesser than the air , you will have higher chances .
