According to your marks and based on the previous year cutoff, you might have chances to get a seat in private medical colleges of Telangana. For Government Medical colleges, chances are less to get a seat.

Hey Aspirant, It depends upon your category from which category you belong. Not easy to answer this question because there is no data to base it on for the state like Telangana. You must have something above 480 is must. As 100% of the seats in state are for the students of the state. It means you are essentially competing from the of your state only. It is like 50-50 now.
