Hello Aspirant,
It would be difficult to tell you the exact about the admission possibilities as JEE Main is being conducted twice by nTA for the first time. Based on this score you expected rank will be around 6,687. the chances seems less to get a seat in NIT for B.Arch programme. You can check the previous year cutoff of each NIT to take an idea about with the given below link.
