Dear Ria, with a special request may be you will be allowed with your shoes after a private investigation. When Inmean a orivate investigation, the invigilators ideally take you aside to check so as to fulfill the norms. However, can you please write to neetug-nta@nic.in may be with a proof of any certificate per se quoting your situation and they can guide you. There will be exceptions always based on personal instances and this can be treated as one.

Thanks a lot mam. Around 10 years ago due to utter carelessness of the hospital officials I got diagnosed with gangerene, they got my foot amputated I don't have any certificate as a proof. Is there any possiblity to still get exceptions?

If you have chosen PWD as your Category you should carry a proof of it. That will do.
