The Indira Gandhi Engineering institute in Orissa is very good engineering there are a lot many facilities in their campus. Campus is really very good there is a greenery there are a lot many stuff that we can explore it's basically public co-ed college in which the education is imparted with the an appropriate manner so talking about the rank system you can mention your stream of which I will going to tell you the rank right there are lot many streams in the rank actually very accordingly to the streams.

:From my point of view, only 2 to 3 students were placed from this college. Minimum 3% and maximum 5% of students placed from this college. The lowest salary was 5,000 per month, and highest was 20,000 per month. The Wi-Fi quality is good. The classrooms are not good. The medical facilities are not provided. Some sports games are held for students that are only beneficial. There's no canteen here. There is less equipment in our college and workshop lab is tragedic. The minimum amount of books are available in this college.

In 1st year, there is no professor teaches , only guest faculty teaches .They are not able to complete the course of our syllabus. They are qualified but not experienced, and experienced matters in some subjects. There is only one teacher for the whole branch, but for some subjects, there are 3-4 teachers available.

If you have got fewer marks in exam, and if no government college is available for you, then you proceed to this college. In my point of view, private college and universities are better from this college. If you want to take admission in this college, you must apply for it in the last counselling or before college level counselling.

So the placements of this college are not good,many students faced difficulty during campus placements.



In previous year only 10 % students could be placed and rest had to search jobs for themselves.



The salary offered here is generally 3-4 lpa.



So in all I will not suggest you these type of colleges.

Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology (IGIT) Orissa is a good college.

Many companies from different parts of India visit the college for placements. But most of the companies that visit the college for placements are from Odisha. The companies recruite a good number of students, and the students are offered good salary packages (4-5 LPA average)

The infrastructure of the college is huge, and the college is located amidst the natural beauty. The Wi-Fi connectivity is very good on the main campus. The labs and classrooms are well-furnished, and the library is the best place to study.

The faculty members and the permanent members of the college are awesome as they never failed to share their experience with the students. They are knowledgeable, and they use teaching methods which makes the students understand the concepts easily.
