sir/mam please tell me name of all the government exams which i can give right now and the eligibility does requires graduation?

First, you complete your graduation after that you can apply for the following exams.
IES: The educational qualification required for this exam is graduation in Engineering. The age precribed for this exam is 21to 30 years. You will have to opt Mechanical Engineering.
IAS: Candidates having graduation in any discipline can apply. The age limit is 21 to 32 years. There is also restrictions in the number of attempts. Candidates will be permitted six attempts.
SSC CGL : Combined Graduate level exam is conducted for recruitment to filling up Group B and C posts in various ministries/departments/organizations. Candidates must be graduate in the age group of 18 to 32 years.
CDS: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) conducts CDS exam for admission to Indian Military Academy, Officers’ Training Academy, Indian Naval Academy and Air Force Academy. To be eligible for examination candidates must be between 20 to 24 years and are graduate.
IBPS PO : Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts IBPS PO for recruitment of candidates for Probationary Officers/ Management Trainees post in public sector banks in India. The minimum educational qualification is graduation. The minimum age for the recruitment exam is 20 years while the maximum age is 30 years.
IBPS Clerk : IBPS conducts IBPS clerk exam to select candidates for the post of clerks in Public Sector Banks of the country. As per eligibility criteria, candidates must be between 20 to 28 years and must be graduate.
IBPS RRB: IBPS conducts the Common Recruitment Process for Regional Rural Banks to select candidates for Office Assistants (Multipurpose), Officers Scale I, II and III posts. The minimum educational qualification is graduation.
SBI PO: State Bank of India (SBI) conducts Probationary Officers (PO) recruitment exam for selecting candidates for PO post. The exam is conducted in three phases- Prelims, Mains and Interview.
SBI Clerk: State Bank of India conducts recruitment examination of SBI Clerk for the posts of Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales) and Junior Agricultural Associates in clerical cadre. Candidates in the age group of 20 to 28 years can apply. The educational qualification required for this exam is graduation.

-You must hold a Bachelor's Degree from any of the recognised universities.
- A candidate should be minimum 21 years and maximum 32 years.
- For General Candidates: 6 attempts are there.
2- IES - Indian Engineering Services
Eligibility criteria
-candidate for this examination must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on the 1st January, of the exam year.
-Obtained a degree in Engineering from a university incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as universities.
3- IBPS - Institute of Banking Personal Selection
Eligibility criteria
- Candidate age should be between 20-30 years.
- should have completed graduation in any stream.
4- SSC - Staff Selection Commission
- Minimum age limit for this exam is 18 and maximum age is 32.
After graduation only you can apply a s a mechanical engineer into the core government jobs
IES - Indian engineering services, through this you can get a core job from railways, defence sectors.
AFCAT-
Metro rail Corporation
GATE-
All public sector units like BHEL,HAL,DRDO, ISRO, etc. Through this if you are interested in further study then you can go for Master programmes in IITs & NITs.

I would suggest you to focus on your graduation right now and when you go in 3yr better to start preparation of Gate exam as this will be giving you dual benefit if you clear it with decent score then you can go for higher studies in NITs/IITs and you can also try for PSUs. Also, you can try for PSUs like BBNL, BEL, DMRC, ISRO etc right after competing your B.Tech.
