Hey.

The cut off for admission in government medical colleges in Assam in the previous year 2018 under the State quota for the ST Hill category was a score of 230+ marks. And for admission under the ST Plain category the cut off for admission was a score of 270+ marks.

The cut off for varies each year due to several factors like level of difficulty and level of competition etc..but you still seem to have a fair chance of admission in a government medical college in Assam. You can use the link below for previous year trends.
