There are 2 things to it. If you have supplemwntary exams immediately and the results will be announced before NEET counselling, yes you can appear. However, if the supplementary exams will be held late and the results will not be declared by the time of counselling, then we are sorry, but unfortunately you cannot appear for NEET and AIIMS. The reason being you should compelte your 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology to be eligible for NEET and its 60% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English for AIIMS MBBS. This aggregate is for General Category and there is a relaxation for Reserved Categories. Irrespective of the aggregate, you should pass in your 10+2 to be eligible to take admission either in AIIMS or NEET.
