Hi there,

As per the rules of eligibility of Bar Council of India, for admission in 3 year LLB course you should have completed senior secondary education i.e. 10+2 and in addition to this you should also be a graduate degree holder, there is no rule which says that you cannot take admission in 3 year law course if you have done your graduation from open school. So to answer your question yes, you can take admission in LLB and the duration of the same will be of 3 years because as per the rules of BCI LLB can be done after graduation and the duration of the same should be of 3 years.
