sir,my gate score is 375, all india rank 399 in paper code XE , I have get 80% in b.tech till 7th sem (Mechanical engineering), Iam from OBC quota. which iits, nits can i get ??

hi,
see candidates from any stream can write gate xe paper and it is easy to crack than other core subjects like mechanical, ece, electrical, however for iit or nits, you can not apply for mtech core stream courses through gate xe paper, but you may apply for mtech courses on interdisciplinary courses like engineering physics, polymer technology. gate xe is helpful if you look towards for higher studies like ms or phd.
