sir,my gate score is 438 in ec & i belongs to obc,is there any chance to get any iit?

It would be much easier too predict if you provide your GATE marks out of 100 as the qualifying cut off is based on this. That is the basic cut off you must get for qualifying GATE 2019 and apply for admissions in IITs and NITs. The admission cut off differs from institute to institute and is decided by the institutes themselves.
