Sir,My grandson completed Inter 1st year (11th class) state sylabus in Andhrapradesh. Due to his father's transfer to Assam he has to join in 12th class cbse syllabus.He wants to appear for jee mains from Assam to join in NITS.So for which Home state reservation he is eligible.Thank you

According to NTA (The JEE MAIN exam conducting body) the home state quota is based on the 12 Class means, State quota will be considered of the state from which the student passed his 12 class so if your grandson passed his exam from Assam then the home state quota will be applied of Assam.
