Sir,my ipu cet rank for bca is 4181 outside delhi general .is it possible of admission under ipu 1st round counselling ?

Hey Raushan,
Your IPU CET rank 4181 is not bad but due to your domicile the admission in IPU for BCA might be a bit difficult.
For the first round there is chance for you to get admission in DIET, Karkardooma
But you can still continue for next two rounds of counseling to get a better college such as
-
Chander Prabhu Jain College of Higher Studies
- Fairfield Institute of Managment and Technology
- KCC Institute
- United College of Education
So don't worry there are many colleges in which you can get admission
