It would be easier to predict your chances of you mention your state.
However, as per general trends, there are chances of selection in BDS colleges. MBBS seat would not be possible at this score. If you want to pursue MBBS, then you can try in private colleges.

Your rank is decent for getting good private colleges for bds...chances are less for government colleges..
