Sir,my upsee rank cr rank is 7200. And OBC rank is 1000.can I join top upsee government college in Lucknow?

Congratulations on Getting good Rank. Yes You have Good chances of Getting Into IET Lucknow. But the main problem is stream as mostly Cutoff for CSE/IT are higher and if its Okay For You To go With Core Branches or any other branches then Yes You can Get into IET or You can Try In Lucknow University its engineering is also Affiliated To Aktu/UPTU. In my view you have higher chances of getting Into LU than IET but it depends. Which on You Want to be in.
