The college management is working very hard  so that the best companies visit this institution for placement drives. It is affiliated to MANIT currently, so the companies which visit MANIT will also visit this institute for placements.

In my opinion being an indian institute as some benefits in placement and internship.it will attract big companies.Also IIIT-BHOPAL Runs in NIT BHOPAL campus. So, there great chance that companies that comes to NIT BHOPAL Will come to Iiit bhopal.

The Indian Institute of Information technology,Bhopal is a good college. the college is in the campus of NIT bhopal so it attracts big big companies for hiring their students.

The placement in this college is good enough and also the students who have been there gave the placements average rating as 7/10.

The college site too shows that the placement for all branches is above average.

The placement depends on the type of branch you have opt for. If you have taken CSE then yes you can feel comfortable about placement but if you are in EEE, MECH, OR CIVIL then you must start working from now itself as afterwards you will not have time to prepare fir placements
