If you are asking about the subjects required in your 12th level, then the eligibiiity criteria states that Candidate should have passed second PUC/ 10+2 or equivalent examination having Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Electronics/ Computer with a minimum aggregate of 45% (40% marks for reserved categories).
This is based upon the past years KCET criteria. The notification and dates for KCET 2021 has not been released yet.
